CS Deepak A. Variya, Founder of Deepak A. Variya & Co. ( DAV & CO. ) Practicing Company Secretaries. He is a Fellow member of ICSI, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce & Law. He has extensive knowledge and experience in Corporate Governance and various Company Law matters. His rich expertise in the field of Corporate Management and Legal Advisory is well known in the business world. He regularly appears before the National Company Law Tribunal, Official Liquidator, Regional Director(s), Registrar of Companies, SEBI, RBI, Arbitral Tribunals and makes representations to other regulatory authorities. He is an expert in corporate legal, managerial advisory services and transaction advisory services including mergers and acquisitions, reduction of capital etc.

RONAK MAHESHKUMAR SHAH

CS Ronak M. Shah is Fellow member of ICSI and associates at DAV & CO. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. He is in charge of development of various Technology & Training wing of DAV & CO. He also overviews Service given to all the clients of DAV & CO. and leads DAV & CO. Service initiative by ensuring 100% compliance of all clients and timely completion of assignments. He has played an active role in handling Mergers & Amalgamations, various Company Law matters, Foreign Exchange related matters including setting up and statutory filings of Liaison office/ Branch office/ Project office of Foreign Companies. He also has expertise in handling winding up matter. He also looks after CSR Impact Assessment.

PIYUSH CHHAGANBHAI KALSARIYA

Adv. Piyush C. Kalsariya is Commerce & Law Graduate and associates at DAV & CO. He is specialised in Secretarial Audits and Due Diligence for Companies of various sectors. He is also actively involved in Advisory and Strategy framing on various corporate transactions, Companies incorporated under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, Mergers, Demerger, Capital Reductions and Acquisitions and also involved in IPR law which is highlighted by clients for its ‘capacity to handle complicated cases', offers a comprehensive range of IP expertise across trade marks. He is also associated with labour law compliances and have expertise and dealing with corporate and individuals.
